The wedge features a thick inner and outer 0.8 mm TPU material, as well as an upgraded 840D (more durable than 420D) nylon material for higher abrasion performance. Additionally, it includes a stronger PP board insertion, rather than an ABS board, making it less prone to breaking. The edges are double vacuum sealed and vulcanized to prevent fraying.
